We had an absolute blast in Las Vegas at our first-ever CompTIA ChannelCon! ChannelCon gave us the opportunity to learn more about channel partnerships and also to see what new and innovative technologies are coming onto the scene.
The first day was filled with many great speakers and breakout sessions that we were able to attend. We had an amazing time at our booth and got to talk to a lot of new people about the positives of DNS-based filtering.
We had our first-ever customer event on the first evening of ChannelCon. Thanks to Beer Park for hosting us as we enjoyed dining under the lights of the Miracle Mile. Here we got to really learn more about why our customers stay loyal to us.
The last two days were a blur of conversations, sessions, and great guest speakers. Talking to many new people and introducing our product is something we always enjoy! We got to see a lot of people’s first reactions and impressions of DNSFilter.
Why people at ChannelCon ‘19 loved us:
ChannelCon ‘19 was capped off with an amazing talk with Todd Thibodeaux and Shaquille O’Neal. It was great learning about Shaq’s tech business ventures and also hearing him serenade us with some 1980’s pop hits.
Shaq also left us all with some valuable words of wisdom. One of those was his favorite quote from Bill Gates, which was “Don’t focus on the problem, focus on the solution”. One of his other fantastic quotes was “In leadership, you have to balance tasks with the team relationship. If you focus too much on one then the other one suffers.”
