ASCII Toronto was our first trade show on foreign soil and it was a resounding success! We got the chance to meet and mingle with many new, potential customers.
DNSFilter was entered into ASCII’s “Rapid Pitch” competition along with 5 other vendors to see who would give the best 3-minute pitch. The competition was tough, but we ended up coming out on top! A big shout out to DNSFilter’s own Josh Lamb for taking home 1st place.
Talking with the attendees reaffirmed that many companies use their firewalls to filter content. This practice is safe, but it is expensive and impractical when scaling your network. As more users are added it reduces performance. Roaming users also suffer slower speeds, because they have to go through a VPN to get filtered by the firewall. DNSFilter is a cost-effective solution that can protect devices at lightning speed, whether they are on or off-network.
We can’t wait to go to Toronto again!
