Distribution relationship offers DNS security to regional MSPs, partners and businesses
WASHINGTON, D.C. - April 3, 2024 - DNSFilter announced today that the company has extended its partnership with DCC Netherlands BV to expand protection for managed service providers (MSPs), partners and mid-sized/enterprise businesses in the Benelux region. This distribution relationship will enable more organizations in the region to take advantage of DNS security.
DCC Netherlands is a value-added distributor that supplies products and services to resellers, system integrators and automation companies. DCC chose DNSFilter because it’s one of the easiest solutions to implement and has an intuitive interface. This partnership enables customers to add DNS filtering to their portfolio, creating a better security posture for their clients.
As a result of this alignment:
- DCC’s managed services partners (MSPs) can now directly add the native solution into their portfolios.
- Channel partners can now add DNSFilter to their portfolio to help their clients with securing their environments.
- DNSFilter customers will have access to local on-premises support, access to local billing and consolidated billing through regional resources.
- DCC’s mid-sized and enterprise customers receive a “hands-off” approach to security. Not only are they adding filtering to create a better security posture for clients, but they're implementing an extremely effective solution with a very low touch point as well.
Richard van Zundert, business development manager, managed security services & IT security, said: "DNS filtering is a an important layer of defense against threats within
organizations. Some say it’s even one the most important layers of protection for organizations. Within DCC we have a focus on security related products delivering added value to channel partners. And DNSFilter checks all the boxes: Its user friendly, channel focused and partners can completely white label it. On top of that it’s the quickest resolver worldwide. It’s great to work together with Daniel and the team to represent DNSFilter in the Benelux. DNS filtering is an underestimated layer of protection and it can protect organization in an early stage. DNSFilter brings added value to our existing and new partners in an area where we were not present yet. We are happy to tell you more about the possibilities and the partner model."
Daniel McClean, Director of International Sales, DNSFilter, said: “DNSFilter is on a mission to bring its products and solutions to every customer, every single service provider and every partner. Our partnership with DCC Netherlands advances this mission while supplying a critical aspect of cybersecurity to the Benelux region.”
“DCC is a great representative of our brand within the region. They have an unparalleled reach within their local market. DCC understands the requirements for their service provider partners. It is a natural evolution of DNSFilter for the area.”

Almost every company is chasing the latest shiny object in an effort to be more competitive. The latest shiny object isAI, but before that, it was cloud, 5G, etc. The problem is that all of these new technologies also increase security risks — and the reality is that most organizations are ill-prepared for the existing security risks, let alone the new ones created by the addition of emerging technologies.
